 Elle has worked in small businesses.  She has learned the value of team building and collaboration with coworkers.  She has participated in management by teaching and delegating tasks to coworkers.  She truly has a unique ability to make people feel understood, valued and respected. Elle is especially zealous about organization.  She has witnessed the value of organization from her experience in organizing offices and companies. When a business is organized, the company can grow to become more efficient and effective, thus benefiting both the company and the clients that it serves.  If you have any doubts about her organizational talent, ask to see her office the next time you stop in and you will be amazed.

Elle graduated in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree and is now a distinguished faculty member. She has used her degree to teach music lessons as well as releasing her own written music.  She welcomes any and all creative contributions of award-winning lyrics.  We expect her to win a Grammy one day.

Besides Elle’s professional experience, she delights in being outside in nature. She loves to go on hikes in the Holland and Grand Rapids areas in hopes that she will see a blue jay or an American goldfinch somewhere in the woods. She is passionate about preserving the beauty around her and protecting its value. She hopes to help those in her community who hold similar values to be able to continue to enjoy the West Michigan scenery.
