Michelle coordinates her legal education and business acumen to assist clients in developing strategic solutions using a proactive approach. Her keen attention to detail and dedication to client focused outcomes makes her a valuable asset to any business venture. She is trained in business valuations and business planning, and she most recently worked in market intelligence at a large publicly traded company. She can leverage her training and experience to help clients understand any business landscape and build a competitive advantage. 

Michelle received her bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in commercial law from Western Michigan University graduating Summa Cum Laude and was recognized as the top student in her department. She then went on to Michigan State for graduate school where she earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration. She plans to take the bar in February 2024 to further strengthen her ability to counsel clients beyond business and through the nuances of business law.

Michelle is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, kayaking, and backpacking in the great north woods of Michigan. She spends her free time on the trail or in a tent with her husband and 3 children anywhere from Hoffmaster State park up to Nordhouse Dunes or even Michigan’s own hidden gem Isle Royale National Park.
